Clicking on a link for a user that doesn't exist results in a 404 error page.

    Description

      On the dashboard, clicking on a link to a user that doesn't exist in bamboo in the "Updated By:" text navigates to a 404 page.
      The same thing happens if you click on the user name in the build results page.
