In build result email, "Code has been updated by" sometimes shows the wrong user

This happened recently on BEAC. The email (image attached) was incorrect & inconsistent in describing who had committed changes: it said "Code has been updated by Anatoli Kazatchkov" (who, as far as I can tell, has never committed anything in this project) when the commit was actually made by Cheryl Jerozal (who is correctly identified in the "Code Changes" section in the same email). This error was only in the email; the build summary screen online showed Cheryl's name correctly in both places.
