Source Code Checkout Task message - "This repository defines its own checkout directory"

When adding a new repository in a Source Code Checkout Task task, it shows "This repository defines its own checkout directory" message by default. However, after saving the task and then reopening it, the Checkout Directory textbox appears allowing to specify the checkout directory. Can we show an empty Checkout Directory textbox by default when adding a new repository in a Source Code Checkout Task?
