Problem
As of now, there is no a way a customer can see the users who are using a particular 3rd party app.
Suggested Solution
It would be great if we can provide the organisation admins, the ability to see this data from admin.atlassian.com
Why This Is Important
This helps the customers to make a decision on whether the app needs to be retained or not. This also gives an insight into the number of users utilising the apps.
As a Jira Admin, It would be great like to know:
- What users are using add-ons that we are being charged for?
- When was the last time they used it?
- When did we start using it?
- When was it downloaded and used?
All the above requirements will help customers to identify and manage the third apps usage.

Many of our customers have expressed strong interest in this feature as well.
In particular, for paid third-party apps, not being able to see who is actually using them creates a lot of inconvenience.
We sincerely hope this feature will be prioritized and implemented soon.

How can we ensure our environment is safe if even we are not able to track third party app connections? Basically any user can connect with anny offensive and not secure app and we have not the opportunity to track/maange this????
Doesn't make sense to the company why this was available in a very late version of Jira and not in the newest, coolest cloud version with PREMIUM tear.
We took over our Atlassian instance from another group and they have no idea where our current old plug-ins came from. We are in the process of cleaning up things and looks like the only way we can figure out if someone is even using the old plugins is to uninstall and see is anyone complains. Not a great experience. Seems like this would be an easy fix.
This is basic reporting data that should be available to administrators. The fact it was possible to do this in Jira Data Center but not in Cloud is very disappointing, especially considering Atlassian push Cloud so heavily. This request is not a massively complex feature request and to have been open since 2021 with no update is a shame.

This would be a game changer in helping track usage of Third Party Apps which usually have high costs. Please add this feature to the suite of Admin tools to better improve Jira platform management. Thank you.

its really crazy that there is no way for an admin to see usage of part of the system.
Please give me some way to see which users are accessing apps, and how often! I want to end some of our subscriptions, but the only way to see usage is a scream test at this point!
