Issue Summary
Currently there are multiple issues with the Zendesk framework that are outlined in the following Loom:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Zendesk integration and update the name. Then use the mute notifications option. It changes the name on the front-end
- Create a global Zendesk integration and add a responder in the create rule. Save. Then go back in and add a 2nd responder. Save. You will see a duplicate responder now showing on the front-end instead of the right one.
Expected Results
It should retain the name when mute notifications is used and should allow you to set 2 responders
Actual Results
The name is changed when the mute notifications option is used
Workaround
You are able to click into the integration and suppress notifications checkbox
