Issue Summary

When there is a user profile macro used on a page, adding a table of contents macro results in the wrong header list and breaks the enumeration. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an empty page
2. Add a user profile macro and choose a user
3. Add a table of contents macro
4. Add some headers with header level (Heading 1, heading 2, etc.)
5. Save the page

Expected Results

The table of Contents macro should include only the headers, not the User Profile Macro header.

Actual Results

• User Profile Macro header (username) is added to the content list
• When the Display Section Numbering option is enabled, the preview results in the error below: 
  • Error rendering macro 'toc' - null

• The enumeration is broken if the user macro is added before the table of contents macro

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
