Issue Summary
When accessing the Clustering page on Jira nodes installed on Windows, the node information is not accurate.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Jira on a Windows Server
- Enable clustering on that node (not required to have more than one node)
- Access the Clustering page
Expected Results
- Node CPU information is not accurate.
Actual Results
- The information is not accurate. It's a negative value which seems to depend upon the number CPU installed on that node.
