Issue Summary
When customer enter the summary in customer portal, knowledge base articles are suggested if the keyword is matched with kb articles.
If the keyword is in alphanumeric (ie: test), the matched word in suggest is highlighted like below.
However, if the keyword is not alphanumeric such as Japanese (ie: テスト), the matched word in suggest is not highlighted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create knowledge base articles including Japanese character (ie: テスト)
- Access to customer portal and enter the keyword (テスト) to summary field
- Suggest does not highlight the keyword (テスト)
Expected Results
Knowledge base suggestions should highlight the keyword even the keyword is not alphanumeric characters.
Actual Results
Knowledge base suggestions does not highlight the keyword for not alphanumeric characters
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
