From this documentation Defining priority field values, it doesn't state clearly enough what kind of Priority values would work. E.g numbers, or texts. Users will tend to expect that all values will work without issues.

However, a known issue when using numerical Priority values in Jira, is that when searching via JQL, we will run into JRASERVER-37238: If the Priority Name is only a Number, Issue Navigator will return issues matching its Name or ID

We could update the documentation, showing a warning when using numerical Priority values we might run into JRASERVER-37238.
