Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: n/a
In mobiles with Android OS, dragging and dropping a Jira issue card fails if the Atlassian organisation has setup a mobile app policy.
This occurs on any type of Jira project with boards.
Users have seen this happening on different types of mobile Android devices. Users don't see this in mobile OS devices.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a mobile app policy. Steps on how to do this are in this doc.
- Enable either of the below configurations under the App data protection section:
- Disable sharing, saving or backing up content from the mobile app
- Disable cutting or copying content from the mobile app

- Log out and log in from the Jira Cloud app for the policy to kick in instantly.
- Go to a Jira scrum board.
- Attempt to move a Jira issue from one column to another.
Expected Results
The issue card is popped and can be dragged and dropped to another column
Actual Results
The issue card is popped but then released immediately (in the manner of a blink), without the ability to drag and drop
Workaround
The issue only happens if these two configurations are enabled.
- Disable sharing, saving or backing up content from the mobile app
- Disable cutting or copying content from the mobile app
Enabling other configs doesn't result in this bug.
Transitioning in the issue view
- It's possible to click on the issue and transition the status in the issue view.
