Issue Summary

In the Legacy editor, adding an Excerpt macro within a Numbered Headings macro causes the Insert Excerpt macro to fail to load.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps:

1. Create a new Page A
2. Add a Numbered Headings macro
3. Add an Excerpt macro inside the Numbered Headings macro
4. Add some content inside the Excerpt macro
5. Create a new Page B
6. Add an Include Excerpt macro and specify Page A as the source
7. Load Page B

Expected Results

The content added within the Excerpt macro should be visible in Page B.

Actual Results

The Excerpt Include macro fails to load and does not display any contents.

Workaround

Adding the Numbered Headings macro inside the Excerpt macro will allow contents to get loaded as expected.
