Can't move pages
 
This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the page click ...> Move and try to move it to the destination space under the homepage, you will get the above error message.

Expected Results

The page moves successfully.

Actual Results

You get an error message "We can't move this content right now. Someone just updated this content. Refresh and try moving it again."

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
