Issue Summary
In instances that have the new PDF export experience enabled and Overview page using legacy editor, exporting as a PDF the file shows the following message
We’ve hit a snag
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
- The URL of this page
- The code associated with this error: mmjefr
Refresh page
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Overview page using legacy editor
- Publish the page
- Go to More actions > Export > Export to PDF
- Download the page and check the file content
Expected Results
The page which was exported should be shown in the downloaded file.
Actual Results
The following message is displayed:

Workaround
- Edit the Space homepage with a page created using the new editor - Guide: Set another page as your overview
- Or contact Atlassian Support to disable the new PDF experience.
