Wallboard plugin - Nonfunctional moving blue box appearing on mouseover

      When viewing a wallboard, if I move the mouse, a blue box scrolls down behind the wallboard items, and back up when the mouse is held still.
      It seems to serve no purpose. Even if the other wallboard elements are removed to reveal the blue box, it only has two arrows on it that do nothing when clicked.
      It wasn't there in the previous version.
