JIRA Studio/OnDemand supports IE; bundled wallboard plugin does not

      Encountered while verifying WBS-6 a.k.a. JRADEV-9063. The wallboard plugin does not officially support IE, but IE8 and IE9 are supported by JIRA OnDemand and the wallboard plugin is bundled. Plugins that we bundle in OnDemand should really be supported across the full platform matrix.

      See the attachment for an example of one such break, which occurs with IE8 but not any of the other supported browsers, including IE9.
