We have a daily need for this feature and hope to see it addressed soon.

An ability to sort the checklist tasks in "your items" would be great, a way where you could put "your items" on the side bar instead of hidden in home (and then requiring you to hit show more if you have more than two checklist items), a way to see all checklist items in your workspace views and filter there, automatically removing old checklists from closed boards so they don't muck up the your items view, etc etc – any of these things would help a ton. 

I think it really is an issue for many others who just don't commen or report the issue. Majority of people just accept the way things are. However, I 100% agree with you about the severity of the issue. For our company as well it might be a deal-breaker that's forcing us to look into other solutions.

I'm really saddened by the fact that it's taking so long. I understand that there's a process to follow, but it's a significant issue, and we can't truly utilize Trello because it's a missing key component for our workflow. We really hoped Trello would assist our management, but I suppose now we must search for something new... It's a great platform; don't misunderstand me, but we have waited too long . Additionally , we are a small business paying a premium for multiple coworkers, and we can't effectively use it. The issue was created on March 11, 2024, so it's almost a year, and it's still gathering. There are two things that I can't understand. First, why aren't there more people with this issue? Second , why doesn't Trello see that it's a real issue that they should fix, even though there aren't enough votes? Because, like most of the comments say, it's a key component! A component that only works 50%, just on the board itself, and not across all boards. I mean, why even do it like that? I'm sorry; we are just really frustrated because we have put so so much effort and so so much time into Trello.

I really need a workspace view of the checklist items, it's essential to track deadlines, workload and coordinate each team member. I hope you can improve this asap, and I will marry Trello forever.

We too are having problems with checklists and their visibility. Assigning a task within the checklist and not having the possibility to view it except by entering the specific task does not make it very useful. You have to make them visible on all views otherwise they are practically useless. I have been monitoring the problem for several months, but I see that activities on this still haven't started. It is certain that the development of this activity will influence our future choice. It's a pity because on many things it really is a very good tool.

I agree with everyone so far. And like cc337ea4280d said, this thread is a half year ago and nothing really happend, which is so sad, because we didnt use Trello in months because of that and we pay for the premium for multiple workers. We are just a smal company and we really hoped Trello would help us a lot, but this is kinda dissapointing... Dont get me wrong Trello is great, but this issue really gets in the way of organizing.

This thread was started six months ago, and I'm concerned by the fact that this appears nowhere close to "in the works." In my opinion, assigning checklist items without the ability to meaningfully see assigned items alongside assigned cards in a calendar view makes the function of assigning checklist items with due dates essentially worthless. I really like Trello, for the most part, but this key functionality might be the death knell that leads my company to Monday.com or another competitor for our task management.

We are trying to move our task management system to trello but it's not feasible without a better way to view all checklist items assigned to someone across all boards in the workspace. The home page is very busy so viewing all checklist items assigned to someone on the Your Items section is unwieldy and doesn't support filtering or searching.

I would love a separate page view like a board for checklist items that shows all checklist items in the workspace and can be narrowed down using filters to show just those assigned to someone, or those on a certain board, or those on cards with a certain label etc. 

This is the biggest issue we're facing with Trello. We're using the platform mainly for task management, so having the tasks (checklists within each card) integrated into the Workspace Calendar View OR having a calendar that is dedicated to showing tasks with their due dates across all boards would be immensely helpful. It's not efficient to have to go through our 20+ boards (and counting) each day to see our list of tasks. This wastes time and jeopardizes our efficiency as a team (as tasks are forgotten about because they are not in the workspace calendar). This is an issue that could push us to use a different platform for increased efficiency. We love Trello but need this feature ASAP. Thank you for your consideration!

How is this not still integrated when it already works on a Board level?

Please can this feature be delivered. It is a critical missing link for project and task management. For example, a colleague wants to be able to filter all his Checklist items across numerous project to view how many upcoming site visits needs doing, then try and organise them for the same day. But really need that overview function along with a search function. 

This is going to REVOLUTIONIZE the workflow of the team I am supporting, and honestly, opens up so many other usage opportunities for my clients and myself. Crossing fingers!

This feature is desperately missing!!! I can't tell what my team has completed and what they haven't as I don't see their checklist items in an overview apart from my own. Please add this!!!

As so many people have stated: if Trello is to help improve workflow and allow teams to work in multiple boards the option to view tasks as well as cards in workspace view calendar is vital for efficiency.  

My team uses trello to organize tasks across departments in our organization while being able to focus on things due within a certain timeframe and prioritize and initiate those tasks. It makes the most sense to put individual tasks into Checklists and to focus on tasks due today or this week in workspaces. It is an absolute dealbreaker not being able to focus on tasks organized in checklists by when they are due and who they are assigned to. We use trello to facilitate task prioritization and initiation yet this limitation results in trello inhibiting not helping our workflow. I will miss trello. Invested countless hours in trying to make what seems like the most obvious use case work. 

this features feels like a necessity - with managing a team's to do the calendar view is the best place to have consolidated list of what tasks are due when. Since this is not part of the calendar view these tasks often get missed causing delays in work product and client deliverables. its a huge issue.

I would buy Premium access if you guys add the ability to see timing of the checklists on the Calendar.

This is the only feature that I desperately feel is MISSING from Trello. I love it for everything else; however, I'm struggling with team adoption for this very purpose: we don't have a true view of everything that's due in one place. Adding this function would be a game-changer for many teams!

We're using the subtasks extensively across several boards and would therefore highly appreciate the possibility to see each task assigned in our individual Workspace Table View. Thanks a lot. 

I work in an agile team and we would be very happy to have this feature. The Trello card doesn't belong to just one person; multiple people work on a project simultaneously. To ensure everyone has the same level of knowledge, this feature through the checklist would be a great relief.

We work as a team across several boards.

The option of workspace views gives us an even better overview. However, one very IMPORTANT function is missing:
The timings entered in the checklists are not displayed anywhere - neither on the calendar view nor on the timeline.
We consider this option to be very important - it is the only way we can keep track of all the appointments across all boards.

Not having the ability to filter and see all boards on the main workspace calendar creates a real bottleneck in our workflow. We would use this feature to see a quick rundown of all lists on all boards that have overdue checklist items, as one example. Without this, our management is having a tough time justifying if we can keep Trello for our team.

This is something that I see not just as helpful, but a necessity!  I'm not using the "teams" feature because I'm the sole employee of my business so I handle ALL aspects of it. So seeing tasks from all my workspaces is needed. Thanks!
