Issue Summary

Right now, when you create a Workspace on Trello, you’re forced to choose two visibility options regardless of the plan you have:

• Public

• Private

It's possible that enterprise customers may not find the current options as useful, as they tend to promote collaboration among users. However, we believe that implementing an "Org visible" option, similar to what's available for boards, could greatly improve the discoverability of Workspaces throughout the organization and encourage more users to utilize Trello.
