is not rendered as space in some German and French strings

Steps to reproduce

To observe en example occurrence of this flaw do the following:

• set your language do German
• proceed to secure/CreateIssue.jspa page
• fill in the first form and proceed to the next one
• fill in issue description
• set an INVALID due date (Fälligkeitsdatum) e.g. '25/Dec/05' - this is invalid because the lang is set to German so it should be '25/Dez/05'
• click the create issue button (Erstellen)

Expected results

A warning is displayed that notifies user about the invalid due date set. The warning is properly rendered - has no visible HTML entities

Actual results

The displayed warning contains unparsed ' ' entity.

Notes

This may be happening because of the dot (.) character placed just before the ' '. The dot is there because it appears in the German 'z.B.' which is the equivalent to English 'e.g.'. This may affect the way this entity is interpreted.

It may be expected that similar occurrences of the 'z.B.'+' ' combinations are to be found in many other messages in Jira.
