Description

Summary

When using German language as the system default language in JIRA 7.7.1, the "Startseite" header will appear broken as: "S<u>t</u>artseite"

Environment

Only affecting JIRA 7.7.1

Expected Results

Appears normally as "Startseite"

Actual Results

Appears broken as "S<u>t</u>artseite"
