Incorrect encoding in French translation of email for invitation for Collaborative editing feature.

For the French language if you invite a person for Collaborative editing, he will receive email with incorrect encoding of characters (wrong translation).

Instead of getting "Invitation envoyée à" user will get "Invitation envoyée Ã".

Checking the resources/messages_fr_FR.properties or

we can see this:

As it looks like some other parts of email/trnaslation template are broken too as we can see this: "[confluence] XXX vous a invité à éditer « Réalisations significatives par équipe Â"
