    Description

      Unlike other languages the English language pack is not bundled. The various files that would comprise the English language pack are spread across various bundled plugins and application folders.

      • No English language pack is included with JIRA Core and JIRA Service Desk.
      • A partial English language pack is included with JIRA Software

      Suggested Change:

      • Unrestrict English Language packs for JIRA applications.
        • An alternate solution would be to bundle the English language pack.
