Description
Earlier in the year TAC was migrated to use openid authentication (see https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-translations/pull-requests/144/trans-2328-migrate-tac-authentication-to/diff). This appears to be working in prod as I'm seeing requests from TAC to aid-account in prod.
There's no longer any reason for TAC to be using the Lasso interceptors, so I would like to either configure HARP to send traffic directly to TAC, or alternatively, move the TAC config off HARP and on to Pledge.
I would like to start off with migrating the dev and staging environments first, but from what I've observed, the dev environment at https://translations.dev.internal.atlassian.com doesn't appear to be up, and staging at https://translations.stg.internal.atlassian.com seems like it's not running the latest code with the openid integration.
First I would like to know if I'm using the correct addresses for the non-prod environments, then I would like to co-ordinate the necessary changes to bypass the interceptors.
