Description

https://stash.atlassian.com/projects/JIRACLOUD/repos/jim-plugin/browse/jim/src/main/resources/com/atlassian/jira/plugins/importer/web/action/util/messages.properties#238 and https://stash.atlassian.com/projects/JIRACLOUD/repos/jim-plugin/browse/jim/src/main/resources/com/atlassian/jira/plugins/importer/web/action/util/messages.properties#403 are not appearing in the i18n files generated from TAC. As a result they are not translated.

Steps to Reproduce:

From TAC download any language pack for JIRA Cloud 1000.1089.0
unzip the language jar and look into the message.properties file and search for the strings mentioned in the link above.
