It's impossible to update translations for some projects because of error 504.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to translations.atlassian.com
• Select language "Russian"
• Select product "Confluence"
• Select version 6.1.0 
• Try to update translate for any string

Actual result:

• Error 504, translation is not updated (see attached screenshot)

Notes:

• It works fine for cloud versions of Confluence
