IPT JIRA 7.3 compatibility

Problem Definition

Customers upgrading to 7.3 from 7.1 who make use of the InProduct translation (IPT) add-on are not able to install the add-on through the marketplace.

Plugin is currently an Atlassian Labs feature and only available for JIRA Server 7.0.0 - 7.1.10

Suggested Solution

Update IPT to support JIRA 7.2, 7.3, 7.4+

Workaround

Install 1.1.0 manually by downloading it from the marketplace and uploading using Administration -> Add-ons -> Manage add-ons in JIRA.
