Please clarify/identify the frequency that Outlook uses to refresh team calendar data

NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

The subscription documentation does not identify the frequency that data is refreshed. This is the first question asked by end users when evaluating the feature.

[CONFSERVER-50493] Please clarify/identify the frequency that Outlook uses to refresh team calendar data

antony.sideropoulos@maddocks.com.au The short answer is: it depends. There's no limit or refresh rate set by Team Cal (when a calendar is modified we update the ICS feed simultaneously). There's also no method that allows TC to define the refresh interval for Outlook. Outlook will refresh the calendar depending on its "Send/Receive" schedule (which I believe is defaulted to 30 mins).
