Team Calendars plugin causes page editing with iPad to break

      The presence of Team Calendars 3.1.4 or 3.2.0 cause page editing in Confluence with an iPad to break. With TC enabled, we're unable to get a mouse cursor normally in the edit pane. If you click on one of the tools along the top of the pane, you can get a mouse cursor, but still cannot edit.

      With Team Calendar removed (or rolled back to 3.0.1), editing with an iPad (Chrome browser) starts working again.
