"Subscribe to updates" string is hard coded and cannot be localized

      Issue Summary

      The string "Subscribe to updates" (and potentially other strings) are hard-coded in CSS and not wrapped in 'var' tags, making it impossible to translate with Localize.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add Localize to a page
      2. Review the available, translatable strings

      Expected Results

      "Subscribe to updates" is an option

      Actual Results

      "Subscribe to updates" is not present

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
