      Currently the page.max.changes is the limit of how many changesets you can get when calling this API.

      page.max.changes is a limit that should be applied to what is retrieved using the UI as described in the Stash config properties document.

      However, sometimes you might need to retrieve more changes than the UI limit using the REST endpoint and it'd be nice to have a separate parameter from page.max.changes.
