The old data folder remain in stash directory after upgrade to 3.2.0. It contains the only folder - custom-navigation. The newer data-folder ("shared/data") exists too, and contain all necessary files. The mess is that stash was not able to start, failed with this error https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASHKB/Upgrading+your+Stash+home+directory+for+Stash+3.2+manually. But the main mess is that bug was repeated only on one server, not on another. We solve problem by manually deleting old data, but such behavior after upgrade seems to be wrong.
