      Dates in the web UI haven't been internationalized yet. For instance, when I select french as my language in my profile setitngs, dates on the commits list are still displayed in English.

            Dates will be formatted according the user or system locale in Stash 3.1

            Also, the default value on Windows systems should be taken from the date format set on the machine where Stash is running.
