My Stash instance is failing to sync with Active Directory in the following way:

2013-11-26 19:48:04,180 ERROR [scheduler_Worker-5] c.a.c.d.DbCachingDirectoryPoller Error occurred while refreshing the cache for directory [ 229377 ].
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to rename user Brian to brian

I tried to enable full synchronization but it didn't help.
