Description
When cloning or fetching a repository with pull requests, the operation fails with the following error:
$ git clone https://user@stash.example.com/scm/PROJECT/repo.git fatal: protocol error: impossibly long line fatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure you have the correct access rights
The same failure also affects SSH.
