      The following Atlassian Stash documentation article, https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Running+Stash+as+a+Linux+service, provides a script to start and stop Stash via the service command.

      The script makes use of a command called "log_daemon_msg." When the command is run:
      service stash start

      Errors appear:
      /etc/init.d/stash: line 80: log_end_msg: command not found
