Stash 2.5 now supports .mailmap as per our release notes and this JAC feature request. But there is no other doc related to it.
I understand that there is no UI in Stash for this feature but it would be great to have it linked from somewhere in user and group management doc page for people who'd like to use it.
An example or a link to some online docs would be really helpful too.
As a reference, this is how FECRU does it.
