De-Activated Users In Crowd Still Count Against the User License

      User license entitlement in Stash is not released when a user has been de-activated in Crowd.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start Stash with 10 user license.
      2. Add user directory from Crowd with > 10 users.
      3. Synchronise all users and give "Stash User" permission to 10 of them.
      4. In Crowd de-activate one of the users that has "Stash User" permission.
      5. In Stash synchronise the user directory.
      6. Check the license: It is still with "10 (0 users remaining)" and it will be until the de-activated user has been removed even though the user is not able to log in anymore.
