I'd like to have support for using repository names longer than 64 characters.
Working with Android source code this limit is reached when adding repositories with names based on their directory structure.
Eg. Since directory structures is not supported in Stash I replaced / with - in the path and imported the repo with this name "platform-prebuilts-gcc-darwin-x86-arm-arm-linux-androideabi-4.7", 64 chars already (the same would be done when using github or gitourious).
Then I wanted to separate our developed code from the standard Android code somehow (since there are at least 350 git repos!) and I thought a good enough structure would be to prefix the android repos with "aosp-", but this was not possible.
