Similar to github's deployment key feature (https://help.github.com/articles/managing-deploy-keys) it is sometimes desired to have a non-public repository which contains sensitive information which some automation would deploy to a system. For this, each system could generate an ssh keypair which would be used for deployment/read-only purposes.

This JIRA is a followup to a comment thread for ~~STASH-2508~~ seeking this feature.
