Seemingly confusion around time zone regarding time-stamp of commit actions: I committed code change from my workstation, of which the date/time is Thu Jun 14 10:49:51 EST 2012. The time of the code change came out as "13 Jun 2012" (no time-zone information was given) on Stash UI. I assume that was the Stash server's time, although end-users may expect the time to reflect the actual moment they conducted the commit, i.e. the time (along with time-zone) they see on the machine where they did the commit.

I guess at the minimum we should include time-zone information on Stash UI.
