            Sorry for the delay in replying to this issue. Since Bitbucket Server 5.3 you create JIRA issues from pull request comments.

            just wanted to let you know that we at Mibex Software built an add-on for this use case which lets you create JIRA issues for pull request comments and their tasks as well as for commit comments: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ch.mibex.stash.jira-issue-creator

            Jens, such workflow implemented in Opera Critic (https://github.com/jensl/critic). But it also requeres more complex login this issues linked to Review. Review can be closed (or merged) only is all raised issues from this review was closed. Sometimes it is a good for some teams, but some teams will not use such complex workflow of Review.

            It is very complex task in fact.
