jira source tab not updated on rebase

steps to reproduce:

git repo A

a-b-c-d-e-f

git repo B

a-b-c-g

the d,e,f commits are linked to a JIRA issue and I can see them in jira source tab for repo A

now I rebase from A to B like this :

git repo B

a-b-c-g-d'-e'-f'

on stash the issue link is present for repo B
In JIRA source tab the repo B commits not apears
