Renaming remote repository alias loses information about remote branches and tracking

      When I rename remote repository alias, Sourcetree loses information about remote branches and tracking of branches. I need to refetch that repository and set correct tracking.

      git remote rename <old> <new> does not do that.

      This is related SRCTREEWIN-8409 because ST doesn't allow to name remote repository during clone of the repository.

      This is same bug as SRCTREE-5945.

            Should be able to tar folder re-link
            If sourcetree build is done right it should repair on sync form user
