Source tree is unaviailable after Installation on Local laptop

      Hi Team

       

      we Installed source tree on few developer machines. And it looked like a clean install. No errors were reported during the installation. But the immediate next day few of the users complained source tree software is unavailable which sounds weird. When I tried to check via screen share I appears the same to time. Even, I didn't see Source tree.

       

      I would like to what is the root cause of this issue? And if this is happening only with specific version? And also please help me in resolving this issue.

            Can you confirm what there is/isn't on these machines?

            Sourcetree should install into %localappdata%/Sourcetree
            Within that directory there should be a sourcetree.exe launcher and a app-#.#.# folder that contains the actuall application, including the real sourcetree.exe,

            Is all of this in place?

            if so if you try to run the %localappdata%/Sourcetree/sourcetree.exe what happens?
