Opening a submodule flashes components

Opening a submodule for the second time after commiting through it in the first place generates a constand flickering of the Push changes tickbox at the bottom.

1. Open submodule.
2. Comiting through submodule.
3. Close submodule.
4. Do changes.
5. Open submodule.
6. Flickers

Restarting the application will do the trick.
