System Git version 2.17.0/LibGitSharp 0.24.0 + git-lfs v2.4.0

Symptom Severity:
Severity 2 - Major

The new MSI installation always uses system Git installation and no longer provides an embedded Git installation, but it still asks to download embedded git-lfs everytime a repository containing lfs tracked files is opened. Sourcetree never should ask to download embedded git-lfs if System Git is used and LFS is available there.

System Git is 2.17.0 with bundled git-lfs 2.4.0
