Can't Issue Pull Request

      When clicking 'Create Pull Request...' from a branch I get sent to Bitbucket with error message. 

      Url is: https://bitbucket.org/blueskymedicalstaffing/bluesky/blueskymedicalstaffing/bluesky/pull-request/new?source=blueskymedicalstaffing/bluesky::Capture

       

      If I wack back the above Url above to https://bitbucket.org/blueskymedicalstaffing/bluesky/blueskymedicalstaffing I can see my repo in Bitbucket without logging in.
