Unable to uninstall to reinstall

      I am trying to uninstall so I can reinstall.  Having an issue that it will only run in admin mode.  When I try to uninstall I get the popup to enter admin credentials.  I enter them but the program will not uninstall.

            v2.x should not require Admin rights to install or not uninstall.

            Did you install as an admin user?
