Repository settings lost after upgrading

    Description

      After upgrading SourceTree from 2.1.10.0 to 2.1.11.0 two bits of information were lost from the repository settings.

      1. Extended integration: the host type switched to Unknown and the URL and username were lost.
      2. Commit text links: all entries were lost.

      This has happened once before although I don't recall the version numbers.
