After 2.1.10.0 install, all Editor windows will not display Cursor marker

After the upgrade to 2.1.10.0, beside that SourceTree is slower, the issue we are facing is that in all Editor windows, such as Commit comment, when you click on the Editor window to Type in the commit text, there is No Cursor displayed, and therefore you do not know where is the cursor in the middle of the text if you go back or forth to correct editing mistakes.

This is happening in all Editor windows where you are allowed to type in text, including the Tools->Options Tabs, no Cursor is displayed in any editor field that you click on, and you have to figure out the location of the cursor by typing something then erasing it back
