Description
The application window can't be resized using the mouse at the top edge. It appears that there is a 1 to 2 area at the top where the resize cursor/behavior normally would appear that does not support the drag behavior. This area does not allow the window to be dragged.
The major issue with the in ability to resize the window is that once the screen has bee docked it's height is set to the window height, and once the window has been moved it is very difficult to be able to get the bottom edge on the screen again for the purpose of making the window smaller.
Resizing the other three edges does work correctly.
